Refund policy

1. POLICY OVERVIEW

KrystalLiving (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) maintains this Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governing all purchases made through www.krystalliving.com. By completing a purchase, you (“Customer”) agree to these terms.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Qualifying Returns

  • Time window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Qualifying reasons: Damaged/defective items, incorrect items, undeliverable packages, or non-delivery (not received within 60 days).

2.2 Non-Qualifying Returns

  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Products installed, used, or modified
  • Requests after 30 calendar days from delivery
  • Custom or special-order items

3. RETURN PROCESS

3.1 How to initiate

  1. Contact Customer Service at support@krystalliving.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/video (if applicable).

3.2 Return Authorization

  • Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Returns without an RA number will be refused.

3.3 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping label: Download and print, free of charge.
  • No restocking fee for returns or exchanges.

3.4 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 12 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Bank processing times may apply.

4. REPLACEMENTS

  • Approved replacements will be shipped within 8–12 business days after approval, subject to product availability.

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Order cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of order confirmation for a full refund.
  • No cancellations after the 3-hour window.

6. GENERAL TERMS

  • All products must be in original condition with packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting these terms or to update this policy as needed.
