We provide free shipping within the United States.
Order processing and delivery times are estimated with best effort and cannot be guaranteed.

SECTION 1 - The modes of transportation

• Countries: United States
• Carriers: FedEx, YunExpress, DHL, TNT, UPS
• Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Transit Time: 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
• For oversized packages (over 39in / 100cm), shipping by sea may be arranged and may require additional time.
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–12 business days

If your package arrives in the United States during a public holiday, delivery will be arranged after the holiday.
Currently, we only provide shipping within the United States.

SECTION 2 - Products that may take longer than average

Out of Stock Products

Although we strive to maintain inventory of all listed products, some items may occasionally sell out.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
You can then choose to keep the order or cancel it. If you choose to keep the order, we will notify the manufacturer for production and ship your order as quickly as possible.

SECTION 3 - How long does it take to receive my package?

Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time (depending on your location)

Orders must be processed before shipment. The total time before you receive your package consists of processing time and shipping time.

SECTION 4 - Taxes & Duties

Once the package arrives in the destination country, import taxes, duties, and related customs charges may be levied by local authorities.
Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the recipient and is not covered by KrystalLiving.
For details, please contact your local customs office. You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for items not accepted into the destination country.
